What dental practices ask first.

Is it safe to use with patient information?

Chats are encrypted while they travel. They are stored in a space only your practice can see. We never use them to train an AI. You choose what it can read and do in Settings, so you decide whether it touches records at all. One thing to know up front: we are not a HIPAA business associate and we do not sign BAAs. If you need that, tell us before you buy, not after.

Can it handle more than one dentist or hygienist?

Yes. It books into the calendars you connect. If you run several chairs at once, patients land on the right one — by treatment, or by who they asked for.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It says so and passes it to you. It never guesses. You get an email or a Slack message with their details and the whole chat, so nobody starts from scratch.

Will patients know it's not a person?

It never pretends to be one, and it says so if asked. In practice most people just care that someone picked up and the booking got made.
