A clinic front desk that never puts anyone on hold.
Two lines ringing, three people at the desk, and the queue only grows. Orastra takes the phone, the inbox and the website chat off that desk.
Four jobs, in a clinic.
Books, moves and cancels with no hold music
Those three jobs are most of your calls. Now nobody waits in a queue for them.
Knows what it must not answer
It never gives medical advice. Anything clinical or urgent goes straight to a person.
Cuts down the no-shows
Reminders go out early. Patients can move or cancel by just replying.
Answers admin in their own language
Hours, address, what to bring, repeat prescriptions. From your rules, in whatever language they write in.
From first contact to done.
- 01
A patient reaches you by phone, email, WhatsApp or your website.
- 02
It handles routine admin start to finish. Clinical questions get flagged.
- 03
It books, moves or cancels against your calendar.
- 04
Your team reads the chat and only steps in when it's needed.
What clinics ask first.
Will it give medical advice?
No. That rule is built into how it thinks, and you can read back every chat to check. It answers admin questions from your own material and hands anything clinical to a person. When it isn't sure which one it is, it hands over.
What if someone calls with an emergency?
It spots the urgency. It tells the caller plainly to use emergency services if that is what they need. Then it alerts your team straight away, instead of trying to book them in.
Where is patient data kept?
In a space only your clinic can see. It is encrypted while it travels and never used to train an AI. You can delete one chat, or everything, whenever you want.
