Books the chair while your hands are full.
You can't stop in the middle of a colour to take a booking. The call you miss books somewhere else. Orastra picks up and puts the appointment straight in your book.
Four jobs, in a salon.
Books the right service, for the right length
A trim is not a balayage. It prices from your list and blocks out the time the service really takes.
Remembers who they see
Regulars get their own stylist, not just the next free slot. It asks first before booking anyone else.
Handles changes without the back and forth
“Can I move Thursday?” It answers, rebooks, and offers the free slot to someone who wanted it.
Mentions the extras
Someone booking a cut hears about the treatment that goes with it, at your own price.
From first contact to done.
- 01
A client rings or texts while you're with someone else.
- 02
It works out the service, the stylist, and how long it takes.
- 03
It books a real slot and confirms it straight back.
- 04
Reminders go out. Changes are handled without you.
What salons ask first.
Can it use my existing booking system?
It books into calendars you connect. Most systems sync to Google Calendar, and that is the way in. Tell us what you run and we'll say plainly whether it fits, before you pay.
Could it book two people into one chair?
It checks live availability at the moment it books, not an old copy. Once it has booked a slot, it treats that time as taken. Service lengths come from your own list, so a two-hour treatment blocks two hours.
Can it take a deposit?
Taking payment is a setting you control. Turn it on, turn it off, or make it ask you first. It starts off.
