The admin half of your day, done for you.

Booking meetings, chasing paperwork, answering the same five questions. That is hours a week, every week. Orastra takes it off your plate.

Four jobs, in a practice.

Books the meeting without the email chain

Four emails to find a Tuesday wastes everyone's morning. It just books one.

Chases what you're waiting for

The document, the signature, the answer from last week. Chased without you keeping the list.

Answers questions about fees and scope

What you do, how you charge, what working with you looks like. From your own material.

Sorts the enquiry before it reaches you

What they need, how far along they are, and whether it's work you take on.

From first contact to done.

  1. 01

An enquiry or a client message arrives on any channel.

  2. 02

It answers from your material, or books time with you.

  3. 03

Open items get chased on a schedule.

  4. 04

Anything needing your judgement reaches you with the background.

What practices ask first.

Does it work with the tools we already use?

It connects to your calendar, your mailboxes and Slack, and it keeps your client contacts for you. It uses each one under rules you set per action. See the integrations section on the homepage for what is connected today.

Can we approve things before they happen?

Yes. Every action is set to automatic, ask-me-first, or off, in Settings → Permissions. Most firms let it book meetings on its own and hold anything that goes out to a client.

Does it work across more than one mailbox?

Growth answers two, Business five. A reply always goes out from the address the message came in to.
